About The PLACE
The Professional Learning and Advancement Center for Excellence (PLACE) was conceptualized as a division of Meridian International Maritime Training Center, Inc. (MERIDIAN) on August 2019 to meet the needs of schools, offices, and organizations in enhancing their students and/or staff’s knowledge, skills, and attitude. It has started to conduct specialized programs on October 2019.
To ensure delivering excellent service, The PLACE upholds the commitment of MERIDIAN, its parent company, in espousing QUALITY as a way of life, a culture, and a state of mind. Hence, The PLACE will also:
- meet its clients’ needs and expectations;
- improve continually and maintain a quality management system;
- comply wholly with national and international standards;
- work vigorously as a team; and
- contribute diligently to protect and preserve the environment.
